Method:
1. using an electric whisk, airate the quark in a bowl for a minute ir two to fluff it up and give it a lighter consistency.
2. melt the chocolate. I throw all mine in a small, non stick pan and stir continuously on a low heat, it's faster and you catch it before it goes to far.
3. fold in the chocolate to the quark and give it a good stir. if it is a little bitter for you then add some sweetener to suit your taste.
4. layer 4 small pots/dessert bowls with the fruit, then the chocolate mousse and finish with somecrushed meringue pieces. repeat the layering until all the ingredients are used.
5. the banana pots dont keep for long (they get a little watery) so they are better eating straight away but the berry pots can last for hours in the fridge until ready to serve.
