You will need:

1/2 Cantelope melon
Grapes
Raspberries
Blueberries

​(whatever takes your fancy and you've got in the fridge to be honest)

​preparation time: 3 minutes

Method:
1. De-seed 1/2 melon (cantelope or galia) and fill up with freshly chopped fruit. Done!

Serving suggestion:
Try it with a dollop of fromage frais or natural yoghurt and a sprinkle granola (HE) for an even more filling start to the day!
