Breakfast Cheesecake

Ingredients:

35g Granola or Porridge Oats (HEXB)
100-150g Fat free Yoghurt pot - any variety
Handful of Frozen Berries


Preparation Time: 5 minutes

Cooking Time: 0 minutes
Method:
1. The night before, measure out the oats or granola and pour into your favourite breakfast bowl.

2. Layer the yoghurt over the cereal and then top with frozen berries (fresh will work as well).
3. Leave in the fridge overnight to allow the berries to defrost and their juices permeate the yoghurt.
4. Enjoy the following morning.

Additional notes:

Throughout the week, mix and match fruits, yoghurt and grains for variety of flavour and texture. Why not try porridge oats, vanilla yoghurt and blackberries or granola, toffee yoghurt and apple slices?
